WordPress development
WordPress gets dismissed by developers and then quietly runs the client's entire business. My objection was never the platform — it's the twenty-plugin template build that takes six seconds to load and can't be edited without breaking.
So I build custom themes. The athlete site is one: a full medal and title history, a press section linking out to real Geo Pakistan and PTV coverage, and Sponsoo sponsor integration — no page builder anywhere in it. It answers in about 0.9 seconds.
What this includes
- Custom themes built from scratch, not a purchased template
- WooCommerce where you're actually selling something
- An editing experience a non-technical team can use without calling me
- Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals as part of the build, not a later pass
- Migration off a bloated existing build
Typical stack
Where I've done this
A fast, achievement-first site for a Tamgha-e-Imtiaz-decorated international F-Class shooting medalist — built to be the canonical link for press, sponsors and federations.
Design-forward, motion-rich studio site for Buggbear — an agency reporting 3+ years in business, 32+ completed projects, and clients taken from scratch to six-figure gross profit.
