Screening resumes by hand doesn't scale: every open role means hours of manual reading, inconsistent scoring between reviewers, and slow, awkward rejection emails that pile up.
Built an end-to-end AI agent, live at screener.mohsinnawaz.one under the tagline "Hire Smarter, Not Harder": it ingests resumes, scores each candidate against the role's real criteria using an LLM pipeline, ranks a shortlist, and drafts personalized rejection emails for the rest — deployed and operated solo on a GCP VM.
Live in production, responding in well under a second server-side. Turns a multi-hour manual screening pass into a scored, ranked shortlist with consistent criteria instead of ad hoc per-reviewer judgment calls.
